Located in the Illawarra region of Sydney nestled between the Royal National Park and Garawarra State Conservation Area: Stanwell tops, is a nature lovers retreat. With the Pacific Ocean, paragliding and the stunning escarpment views, its easy to see why its one of the most beautiful places to call home.
This project was part of a multi-product installation for the Ozsun team. When our customers popped into our Caringbah showroom to see what would suit their beautiful new Hamptons style home, they immediately pointed to Helioshade Rubix.
The awning type we selected with our client was a compact full cassette folding arm awning that is known for its durability but also for the modern, rectangular, slimline cassette which could blend seamlessly into the cladding on this Stanwell tops property.
Being of contemporary appearance, the colour Surfmist was selected for the powder coating and the awning fabric, Dickson Orchestra – “Steel” a beautiful Grey fabric which ties in all the colours featured on the property.
The awning seamlessly blends into this backyard, protecting the clients outdoor entertaining area, or looking stylishly sophisticated when not in use – protecting its beautiful fabric from the harsh Australian climate. Offering 100% UV, the client can be assured of ongoing UV protection for their friends and family when they entertain in their back yard, and with a high 39km wind rating, don’t have to worry about the coastal ocean breeze picking up.
